YOUR ROLE


Our Daventry team is on the lookout for a proactive, dynamic, and super-organized Customer Service Clerk to join us! You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while helping us deliver top-notch service to our amazing customers.



WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?



Reporting into Operations Supervisor, you will be focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and work in partnership with the customer services and warehouse team to ensure successful operational performance and that customer service excellence, efficiency and quality targets are met.

As a part of your role, you will produce reports on behalf of CEVA for the customer. You will ensure that the delivery slots are booked at instructed times by keeping in contact with the customer on daily basis and report status of the deliveries. You will identify key trends and opportunities to improve all service levels in line with contract SLA’s

You will make sure that transport efficiency is achieved by consolidating the orders.

The working hours for that role are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30.

You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. You will enjoy working as part of a team but also working alone on your own initiative.
