Job Title: Saw Shop Operative

Salary: £12.87 per hour

Hours: 06:00 - 14:00, Monday - Friday



Your role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Saw Shop Operative to join our Manufacturing team at our Needham site.



This role will be responsible for operating saws and planers within the saw shop, following detailed work orders to ensure all
timber is cut and prepared to correct specifications.

Responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary information required regarding quality standards and output levels, to enable
you to carry out your role correctly and accurately. You will also need to promptly identify and report any problems with
equipment and machinery to your line manager.



You will play a key part in a dynamic team to undertake all tasks that are delegated to you by the Supervisors and Managers on
site and always adhere to our Health and Safety Procedures and Policies to maintain the required high safety standards, which
includes wearing your Personal Protective Equipment when stipulated.



As a Saw Shop Operative, you will work effectively with others, have excellent time keeping and attendance record and demonstrate
a high level of Health and Safety awareness. A can-do attitude, good written and numerical skills, and great attention to detail
are key to success.
