Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapists to join our innovative Children and Young People's Integrated Therapies Service!

Your role:
Lead the charge in developing, delivering, and coordinating a core training program in collaboration with our local partners. You'll be at the forefront of:
- Shaping whole-setting approaches
- Pioneering early identification and intervention strategies
- creating a place-based model for addressing diverse therapy needs

Core Training Offer:
Our core training offer is a vital part of our local offer, designed to:
- Educate, coach, and upskill adults who work with children and young people (CYP)
- Focus on improving occupational performance and speech, language, and communication
needs (SLCN)
- Empower the community to better support our CYP's development and well-being

As a key member of our team, you will lead on the following critical activities:

-Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for various stakeholders.
-Training Program Development: Create innovative and comprehensive training materials tailored to our parents/families, educational settings, and team around the CYP needs.
-Training Coordination: Manage logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth program execution.
-Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partners and participants to maximize program impact.
-Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training.
