Summary
FULL TIME / PART TIME Polish Interpreter / Translator
We are looking for a responsible Polish Interpreter / Translator to perform a variety of interpreting and translation services and clerical tasks for our Batley office. Tasks will include:
• Interpreting and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Translation for documents.
• Handle customers, and provide appropriate solutions
• sending emails
• Keep records of customer interactions and input data
• answering phone call
• other general office duties.
You must have a valid Driving Licence.
Applicants must possess key skills such as excellent time management, attention to detail, problem-solving and the ability to prioritise work. The ideal candidate should also have excellent oral, written and phone communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Word/Excel and office equipment.
You must have at least one qualification from one of these (DPSI, BA Languages, MA Interpreting & Translation, MET Test, Diploma in Police Interpreting, Diploma in Translation or Degree in Languages.
At least 1 year interpreting & translation experience is required.
