Summary
The role
We’re looking for a Pizza Chef to join our team! Put your creativity and expertise to work in crafting delectable pizzas that will leave a lasting impression on our guests. The role is part of a team based from our attractive and busy hotel in Holiday Inn Express Stanstead (CM24 1PY)
Pizza Chef responsibilities include:
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
- Stay knowledgeable about ingredient quality, freshness, and seasonality, ensuring the use of the highest quality ingredients.
- Uphold proper portion control and minimise waste through proper production planning and inventory management.
- Being able to prepare and cook dishes and desserts if it is required.?
