A day in the life of…
As Bartender, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the world with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.
Working in one or more of the hotel's bars, you will prepare and serve a variety of beverages ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience to all guests whilst adhering to both the licencing act and health and safety legislation. You will maintain a clean and organised bar area, managing inventory and restocking as required. You will also be required to assist the Food & Beverage team during meal service and events taking place in the hotel.
Based in Mercure Inverness Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You ideally would have previous experience working in a bar or hospitality environment. Knowledge of creating cocktails as well as other beverages would be beneficial.
**Please note that due to licencing laws, we will only be accepting applicants who are age 18 or above. Due to the nature of this role, you may be required to work late evenings and weekends.**
