Summary
A leading family-run pharmacy with great links to local services is now looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician or Dispenser to join the team in Lewes as a Pharmacy Manager.
Only a short distance from amenities, attractions, and transport links, the pharmacy is in a prime location for convenient healthcare and has built a great reciprocal relationship with nearby GP services. The pharmacy is therefore a popular choice to pick up prescriptions and access a wide range of additional services including Pharmacy First, travel and seasonal vaccinations, emergency medicines, healthy living support, screenings and more.
The high level and breadth of skill within the team means there will be significant professional support available to you.
In this role, you will work alongside the Superintendent Pharmacist to lead the team’s dispensing services, taking charge of the day-to-day running and coordinating technical support to optimise a dispensary that prioritises safety, collaboration, and patient-centred care.
This is a permanent, full-time role for a Pharmacy Manager.
Person specification:
• (Essential) NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispenser or NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Technician/ACT
• (Essential) Registration with the GPhC if Pharmacy Technician/ACT
• (Essential) Experience managing a pharmacy team
• Tier 2 visa sponsorship available for candidates with UK-based pharmacy experience
