Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom, promoting good behavior and respect among students.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
- A genuine passion for teaching and making a positive impact on young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
