Summary

Job Title: Speech and Language Assistant
Salary: £20,191.50 (£23,400 FTE)
Hours of work 37.5 hours, 39 weeks per annum

This is an opportunity for a teaching assistant or a graduate speech and language student to work in a school that has speech and language provision firmly embedded.
This role would involve delivering speech and language interventions such as LEAP, VIP, NIP, Timmy Time and some bespoke interventions. It would also involve creating inclusive resources and assessing children’s speech, language and communication skills in liaison with our HLTA speech and language specialist and our speech and language therapist.
If you would like the opportunity to work in a school that prioritises language development, we can offer a chance to access speech and language training, work closely and receive training and mentoring from our bought in speech and language therapist and Educational Psychologist.
