We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in Nottingham.
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at our Nottingham nursing home. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status, identifying any changes and responding appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
• Support residents in all aspects of their daily lives, promoting independence and dignity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in elderly care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as required.
• No sponsorship is offered for this position.
