Job Description:
Harry at Amber Mace is looking for a proactive and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join a strong Domiciliary Care and Live-In Service team in Leatherhead, Surrey. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of care workers, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support care workers, ensuring compliance with care plans and company policies.
• Conduct spot checks, audits, and assessments to maintain high standards of care.
• Liaise with clients and their families to address concerns and update care plans as needed.
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of care staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the care sector.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
