Summary
The ideal candidate for this position will work closely with the Senior Pastor, providing support across various ministerial duties and responsibilities. A strong ability to preach effectively and communicate biblical teachings with clarity, passion, and relevance is essential. The candidate should also be deeply committed to developing, mentoring, and empowering women within the congregation, creating programs and opportunities for spiritual growth and personal development.
The candidate must have a high level of fluency in English, demonstrating the ability to communicate eloquently and clearly in both written and spoken forms. Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable, with a working knowledge of African languages being a significant advantage in enhancing engagement and outreach within diverse communities. The candidate should be adaptable, culturally sensitive, and skilled at building meaningful relationships across different demographics.
The selected Minister of Religion will perform spiritual functions aligned with our beliefs and practices. We seek someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of teaching Bible studies, preaching, and conducting evangelical outreaches. The role requires the ability to prepare and deliver sermons and work collaboratively within a team. Experience working with women in an ethnically diverse congregation is an added advantage.
