Summary

Role: Cover Supervisor
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Term Time only
Salary: £23,970.07 (FTE £27,779)

Due to a restructure of our teaching cover team, we are looking to recruit a new dynamic department which will consist of a Cover Supervisor, a HLTA and a Music Specialist to provide consistency and high-quality learning for our pupils.

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to work as part of this team to bring stability and excellence to the quality of learning across the week. The role will require the Cover Supervisor to cover classes in the absence of the teacher, e.g. illness, SEN reviews, attendance on courses, etc.

The ideal person will have excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills and recognises the importance of building relationships with staff and children. We follow the United Learning Curriculum, planning and resources will be provided for the lessons. The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced senior leader and will be fully included in the school's professional development programme.
