Summary

Careerlink are hiring for a Recruitment Administrator in Birmingham, working for a leading parcel group who provide a broad range of delivery and innovative services for customers worldwide.

Temporary - Ongoing work


The hours can be from 10am–3pm or 11am–4pm.- You must be flexible for either shifts
We are seeking someone who can commit to 25-37.5 hours per week.



Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Hybrid Working: 3 days office / 2 days home
Pay Rate: £13.10 Per hour

Key responsibilities will include:

Posting vacancies via Applicant Tracking System.
Ensuring correct approval workflows are aligned.
Updating all internal GSheets in an accurate and timely manner.
Taking responsibility for initiating Right To Work in the UK checks using.
Supporting Internal Recruiters with chasing managers for interview / assessment dates.
Contacting candidates for any outstanding contracts that have not been signed to enable onboarding activities.
Supporting in requesting access cards for new starters to ensure all company requirements are met.
Carrying out other administrative duties as required by the business.


Requirements:

You will have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build a quick rapport.
You will be polite and professional at all times and have a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to help your depot achieve their targets.
Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Google Suite / Microsoft Office programmes
Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, self-motivation and organisation.
