We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a roster of influencers, building strong relationships, and ensuring their successful collaboration with our brand partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit influencers across various niches, including fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and travel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, understanding their needs and goals.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to match influencers with brand campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns and provide feedback to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencers.
- Act as a liaison between influencers and brands, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Manage talent contracts, payments, and legal agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a similar role (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Passion for the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and travel industries.
- Must live in Manchester, UK (We don't offer visa sponsorship).
