Summary
Quantity Surveyor
Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Quantity Surveyor in Painting and Decorating. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the pre-start team.
Duties
- Working collaboratively as part of a team of costing professionals for a reputable Painting and Decorating Subcontractor
- Simultaneously managing multiple projects over a range of clients whilst maintaining excellent standards of service
- Supervising the work of Quantity Surveyors, assistants, and apprentices to help foster their professional development
- Working directly with the client contacts and managing relationships, being a key point of contact
About You
- Preferred but not essential - a degree in a field related to the role, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management
- Experience in providing quantity surveying projects in Painting and Decorating, and a proficiency in using role related software, such as CostX Measurement
- Full UK Driving License, Own Transport, and the ability to travel to different areas of the UK for site visits
