We are looking for a Bank People Partner as we continue to build a high performing and successful People Team.

You will lead all People matters in one of divisions which supports our clinical services. It is a permanent position , which means you will be provided job stability so you can focus on building your career , trust us, you will have that opportunity to get to the next stage of your career.
As you will have realised by now , we are a mental health Trust, if you have never worked in a mental health Trust, this is an opportunity for you to widen your NHS experience.
This role will have lead responsibility for delivering key elements of the People Strategy and will proactively take forward the workforce agenda in partnership with senior operational managers ensuring operational and strategic approaches complement each other, whilst achieving the best outcomes for the Trust and staff.
You will provide senior HR leadership support to services and have demonstrable experience in working collaboratively with key stakeholders in enabling transformational change and creating a culture of continuous improvement, whilst ensuring our values are embedded in the way we operate as a function.

To succeed in this post , you will have significant operational HR experience including experience of developing workforce plans at an operational level. You will also be required to demonstrate your ability to successfully lead key organisational change programmes advising managers on change processes including, restructure and redesign and other transformational work, redundancy and TUPE transfers.
The applicant will need to have experience working in a senior HR role and have sound understanding of HR best practice and employment law together with the ability to support managers in complex HR issues whilst constructively challenging inappropriate practices and developing workable solutions.
