Summary
To be successful in applying for this role you will need: Have a professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work or Occupational Therapy and have a current registration with the appropriate registration body (Nursing and Midwifery Council, Social Work England or Health and Care Professions Council). Have the suitable experience in a mental health setting or have at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience within the mental health field. In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of: Relevant Qualifications Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable. Role responsibilities: You will carry a caseload of patients and work with them, using evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions. Then conducting risk assessments / safeguarding assessments to ensure the correct support is provided. You will create treatment plans to support management / recovery of their mental health challenges. Work within the Multi-Disciplinary team to contribute to formulating and implementing interventions for patients.
