Summary
Main responsibilities: You would be responsible for storage, retrieval and management of patient health records, ensuring that notes are prepared and available for Outpatient clinics and that they contain the correct documents. Inputting data and managing appointments on the electronic patient administration system. Make, change or cancel appointments on the phone in line with Trust policies and procedures.
