Summary

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Sedgley House.

Cygnet Sedgley House offers a 34-bed high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with complex needs. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy, and dignity.

Your day-to-day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
