Our award-winning corporate department in Arlesey is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the team, based in Arlesey.



What you will be doing:



* Inspect all vehicles and comebacks for condition and specification, reporting on any discrepancies or issues
* Formulate and maintain quality control objectives, by conducting periodic spot checks of jobs for thoroughness and quality
* Analyse data and product specifications in line with franchise and dealership standards
* Investigate customer complaints with integrity and professionalism. Meet regularly with the team on any recurring problems or
issues
* Monitor job cards, works completed, documentation, correct warranty procedures are in place, and monitor training levels of
technicians



What we need from you:



* Full manual driving licence essential
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
* Competent in calculating figures relating to discounts, quotes and commissions. Collect data for analysis and report on your
findings
* Ability to define problems or issues, resolving them in a practical, professional, time-sensitive manner. Providing excellent
customer service at all times.
* Able to interpret instructions on technical matters from written or verbal forms
