Summary
● Lead the casework team and manage complex cases, working in a professional, confidential, caring and empathetic manner
● Manage administrative arrangements for and attend surgery with the Member of Parliament and assist with and follow-up meetings
● Establish and maintain a casework logging/tracking system and take responsibility for the security of casework records
● Consult with government agencies, voluntary sector and others to resolve issues
● Diary management for constituency meetings and liaison with the parliamentary office
● Ensure records are kept and managed confidentially, in line with data protection legislation
