Permanent – Full Time – 08:00 – 17:00 Mon – Thurs, 16:00 finish Friday’s
Own Transport Required as will be travelling to clients’
The Job
Are you a mid-level Quantity Surveyor looking for a permanent job in an established and thriving construction business?
Do you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field?

Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level) responsible for monitoring and managing costs and budgets of construction projects – ensuring value for money whilst maintaining standards.
Working closely with Project Managers, Contractors and Clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certification such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent is preferred
• Proven experience in quantity surveying or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Experience with construction project management and contract administration.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Competence in using computer-aided design (CAD) and project management software.
