Summary

At HGI Heathrow we are passionate about crafting, delivering, and creating memorable experiences. We are a 4* star 364-bedroom property with 10 versatile meeting spaces. We are located within an easily commutable distance near Heathrow Airport with good transport connections within walking distance, including Hatton Cross Tube and Bus Station.

Duties include:

  • Checking in and checking out our guests using OnQ system.
  • Proactively responding to guest queries and complaints
  • Communicating with other departments and sharing information e.g arrivals, departures, special requirements etc
  • Taking payments from our guests, both cash & card
  • Introducing our guests to a wide range of Hilton benefits

Our ideal candidate:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly character
  • Previous experience within a hotel environment or customer service role – preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and IT skills
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Willingness to learn new skills
