We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Reporting Engineer to join our team to support the Strategic Data Platform. The role involves full lifecycle data analysis, identifying, documenting, interpreting and presenting key data sets in support of a strategic data driven University vision.
About the Role
You will lead the implementation of new data analysis services and solutions from small point solutions to enterprise wide capabilities. Supporting the iSolutions architects, you will create a sustainable ecosystem of data services delivering value to the University.
What you’ll do
Design data specifications for data engineers on cloud integration platforms.
Translate complex physical data sets into consistent, accessible logical models
Support the transition of reporting sources to a new central repository of data
What you’ll bring
Proven track record of adapting to and learning new technologies, programming languages and ways of working
Experience of implementing complete data solutions at large or enterprise scale in a lead technical role
