Summary
We are currently looking to recruit experienced care assistants to work in a residential nursing home based in Burton.
You will be caring for elderly residents, those with Dementia and Physical Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours and Mental Health issues.
You will use your knowledge and experience to assist the residents with their activities of daily living providing a care centred approach round their detailed care package. Our Care assistants are required to have sound experience in Health and Social Care.
As of all aspects of Care you will be expected to attend to general housekeeping duties and personal care, you will also be required to complete paperwork accurately and in detail and report accordingly.
To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
- Up to date mandatory training certificates
- Full up-to-date CV
- A minimum of 3 months paid UK experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a Enhanced DBS or training we are able to assist you will get these at a subsidised cost and certificates are your to keep.

This position is ongoing.
The shift will be 22:00 to 08:00 on various days throughout the week.
The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour.
