Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher to join a highly motivated team in an outstanding school (Ofsted, April 2023). We are seeking a dynamic teacher with high expectations and a happy disposition. You will need to have a strong track record of (at least) good teaching and excellent pupil progress rates.

We are looking to appoint a teacher who is:

• a confident practitioner able to inspire and lead successful learning;
• able to bring learning to life through a creative practical curriculum;
• an excellent communicator who is committed to working in partnership with children, staff and parents;
• keen to develop their own skills and expertise;
• keen to become a part of the school community and participate in the wider school life.

A £1,000 Catalyst welcome payment for successful candidates (teachers paid on Main Scale only) if you are appointed through a direct application to a Catalyst school (i.e. avoiding agency costs). This payment is allocated 6 months after you have been in post.
