Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and repair tasks across various facilities.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably within the facilities management (FM) sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to participate in a 1 in 4 call-out rota.
