Summary
Carpenter Multitrade - Kingsbridge
Experienced Carpenter Multitrade required for maintenance work on an apartment block in Kingsbridge. Refurbishing Kitchens and general internal property maintenance.
Starting asap for around 2 months on temporary basis, CIS or PAYE Umbrella Payment available.
£22-24ph
Carpenter Multi-trade Day to Day:
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Boarding, Carpentry, Skimming, Plaster boarding & Insulating
• Ideally good all round knowledge of all trades
• Getting apartments ready for handover
• Reporting to the Supervisor
Carpenter Multi-trade Requirements:
• Good multi-trade experience
• NO CSCS required
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Experience on property refurbishment
• Driving license and own vehicle and some tools
