Summary
We are a small country pub that offers stunning home cooked food and great beers to village locals and those from further afield.
We are looking for a new member of the team to bring enthusiasm and personality to the role.
The role will consist of running shifts with junior members of staff, serving on the bar, running food and ensuring that daily checks are complete, whilst showing care and love to the pub like the rest of the team. This person will need to be responsible as a key holder and willing to open or close the pub at the beginning or ends of shifts.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in either bar work or restaurants, however the personality is the most important aspect as we will provide full training.
Applicants must be 18+ and be able to get to MK43 9HR postcode without relying on public transport (This is a deal breaker)
Applicants must be willing to work weekends and evenings. Either a Friday or Saturday night and a Sunday afternoon on a rota basis. We are fair and understand that people have a life outside of work, so we try to plan rotas to suit. If you help us, we will help you. However you must be able to commit to either a Friday or Saturday night and Sunday afternoon as a regular pattern.
Shifts are usually 11am - 6pm or 5/6pm - 11.30pm
The role will be a minimum of 30 hours a week and option for more shifts will be available if required once fully settled.
