Summary
This role is essential for coordinating client matters, focusing on business planning, market research, and business idea development. The successful candidate will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with strategic business goals.

Job duties and responsibilities:
Joining a boutique consultancy, you will be working with our team to improve how we deliver services to their clients, ensuring more efficient use of resources, technology, materials and processes.
You will primarily need to continuously oversee our work methods and procedures and produce reports specifying suggestions for the management to increase our efficiency.
You will also regularly:
- Develop and streamline business planning processes, ensuring they are aligned with market trends and client needs;
- Study the interrelations between our marketing and fulfilment departments and identify areas for improvement;
- Facilitate ideation sessions to generate innovative solutions to various challenges tailored to client needs;
- Process contracts and track payments from clients;
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout each project;
- Gather feedback which will be used for process improvement; and
- Be our internal champion of automation as we scale.
