Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Design Account Manager to join our client’s team in Knaresborough. This unique role blends creative design work with essential account management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly with Adobe InDesign, and will excel in managing client relationships and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Production:
• Develop and execute creative design projects, layouts for print.
• Work closely with the production team to understand all aspects designs meet production requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure high-quality output.

Account Management:
• Manage non-design projects, including receiving and verifying client-provided artwork, coordinating with printers, and overseeing delivery timelines.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their design needs are met, providing expert advice and guidance where necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather information for producing accurate estimates and quotations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and project success.

Requirements:
• Proven design experience with a strong portfolio, particularly in Adobe InDesign.
• Excellent telephony and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Open to graduates from similar industries, such as graphic design.
