UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education,
and a large partner in Scotland’s youngest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, passionate and proactive individual to
join a successful and innovative academic team in the role of International Project
Coordinator.
As International Project Coordinator for international partnerships within the Science, Engineering and Aviation Sector the successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist academic leadership on international partnerships and academic delivery to ensure high quality student experiences
and success. As International Projects Coordinator you will schedule overseas
delivery including both online and face to face in-country delivery, this includes
induction in coordination with overseas partners. As part of this role there is the
requirement to deliver overseas within our current international partner HEI's and
the opportunity to grow our international partnerships with support of our
international team and curriculum colleagues.
The successful candidate will be educated to Degree (Hons) level with recent
teaching experience coupled with a proven track record of creating, developing, and delivering degree programmes within the international arena.
Experience and a record of successful and reflective practice in teaching over an
extended period with learners, achieving a high success rate overall is critical. It is
also critical that the applicant has experience of delivering teaching and facilitating
learning using a variety of different methods including campus, online and/or
distance and/or work based.
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be skilled at
developing working relationships at all levels.
