Summary

Beeston Manor in Preston are recruiting for a Front of House Apprentice. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Catering and hospitality qualification which will take approximately 16 months to complete.

Duties:
• Waiting on in the 3 course meal wedding breakfast
• Serving on the bar
• Collecting glasses
• Polishing cutlery
• Some cleaning involved, such as hoovering, polishing windows, mopping floors.
• Folding napkins
• Experience in the wedding venue industry and hospitality is preferred, but not essential.

Requirements:
• Must be over the age of 18 due to serving on the bar.
• Must be able to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays. This will include a mixture of morning, day, afternoon and nights.
• Should you be able to only work some days and not all, we will still look at your application.
• You must have transport to and from work. The bus routes and railway are not close by to Beeston Manor.
• You must be able to work independently as well in a team.
• Ability to multi-task, remain focused and calm, and have excellent verbal communication skills.

Grades:
There are no educational qualification required.

Hours:
30hrs per week. 5 days out of 7 including weekends and Bank Holidays (Earliest start 7am, latest finish 11pm).
