Summary
EXPECTATIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES, WORKING HOURS
An individual who has a license and their own car- does not car share and is able to drive to me.
Somebody who is interested in Art or Music.
Somebody who can do flexi time.
No mobile phones to be used when supporting me unless it is an emergency
16 working hours available per week.
3 month probationary period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help me promote my art work, and attend music sessions with me.
Supporting me to take public transport when going out for activities
Occasional DIY support in the house.
Support with domestic tasks in the house when poorly. This includes cleaning and going out to get shopping for me.
Supporting me with managing my bills.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Current DBS
• Good IT Skills
• Punctual and follows routine
• Speaks fluent English
• An understanding of mental health
• A driver
• Somebody with a sense of humour
