Summary
The neonatal unit at Warrington and Halton NHS foundation trust has 14 cots, 2 intensive, 3 high dependency and 8 special care cots located in 2 rooms. Our service to include transitional care cots based on the post natal ward to reduce term admissions and separation of mothers and babies. We are part of the Cheshire and Merseyside Network. We accept referrals from all networks as our location close to the M6, M56, M62 makes us ideally situated for this. We work closely alongside the Maternity and Paediatric teams.
