Overview:
MTS Staffing are currently seeking a number of dedicated Packers to join our clients team based in Evesham. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in the Assembly and Distribution process, ensuring the efficient production of products while maintaining high quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in both production and warehouse operations will be utilized.
Working Hours:
08:00-16:00 Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Dexterous Assembly of products
- Hand Packaging
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Skills:
- Proficiency in assembling products with hand tools and power tools
- Experience in both production operations and logistics
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a production setting
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
