Summary
At Erwhir Home Care we are currently looking for an experienced, organised and kind-hearted Senior Carer to join our incredible team.
Role & Responsibilities as a the Senior Carer will include:
Assisting residents with their daily living and personal care
Supervising a team of care professionals, providing support and assistance
Undertaking staff spot checks
Administering medication
Deal with multi disciplinary professionals
Sharing best practice, skills and knowledge with your team
Reporting any issues to the management team
Accurate maintenance of records, audits and compliance
Ensure care is delivered in line with relevant policies, procedures and practises
Undertake duties as assigned by the Deputy or Registered Manager
Attend induction, in-house training, staff meetings and events
Part of the on-call rota team
