JSR CONTRACTS LTD is seeking experienced builders to join our team for heavy construction projects, with a focus on pouring and finishing concrete and concrete repair services. As a builder, you will play a crucial role in executing various construction tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects. We are currently recruiting individuals in the UK/ overseas candidates who are passionate about construction and eager to contribute to our team's success.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform a wide range of construction tasks, including excavation, foundation
work, framing, roofing, and finishing.
• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
• Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites, ensuring compliance with
safety regulations.
• Use of floor saw to cut the concrete as required depth for saw cut & breakout.
• Break out Concrete and Repair with suitable material and shutters required.
Must know strip the shutters for reuse.
• Adhere to construction schedules and timelines to ensure timely project
completion.
• Maintain high-quality standards by using proper construction techniques and
materials.
• Troubleshoot construction-related problems and address any issues that arise
during the construction process.
•. Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and other construction
professionals to meet project requirements.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Communicate and coordinate with construction workers and subcontractors to
facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Effective delivery & implementation of daily briefing, toolbox talk, Health &
Safety, PPE, and Quality of work.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: To be considered for the role of Builder, you should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
• Proven experience as a builder in the heavy construction industry, preferably
with expertise in pouring and finishing concrete and concrete repair.
• Knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials used in heavy
construction projects.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and
specifications.
• Proficiency in safely and effectively using construction tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices in the
construction industry.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other
construction professionals.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour and work in various
weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field are as under:
CCDO Card, CSCS Card & IPAF certifications with valid cards is mandatory.
