The details

Job Title: Customer Account Manager

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm

Location: Gillingham, Dorset

Salary: £13 per hour

Duration: 12 months fixed term contract, extension available

This role is hybrid minimum 2 days in office. For first 6 weeks of training, you will have to attend office 5 days a week

What you’ll be doing:

• Deal directly with customer inquiries received via all medias (e.g., fax, web, email)
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints within quality management system.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Proposes ideas for processes & organisational improvements

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent verbal, written communication and active listening skills
• A positive and flexible approach on dealing with customers
• Accurate and attention for detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced & complex environment
• Proactive attitude
• IT Literate
• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a business-to-business environment
• Good knowledge of customer order management cycle and supply chain processes desirable
