Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in upholding the standards of our establishment, providing excellent service, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all areas.
-Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
-Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and other guest amenities as needed.
-Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all rooms before guest arrival.
-Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs to the appropriate department.
-Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens.
-Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper goods.
-Follow established safety procedures and company policies at all times.
-Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
-Assist with additional tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
