Position

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our Sales Support team. As a Sales Support Executive you will organise the set-up of new business initiatives for our Key Client Accounts, Account Managers, and Senior Sales team. In this fast-paced and varied position, no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

Deadline-Driven: Prioritize tasks to meet crucial deadlines and targets efficiently.
Effective Communication: Manage email correspondence, ensuring the team stays informed of all developments.
Regulatory Compliance: Oversee site compliance in alignment with regulatory bodies and internal procedures.
Strategic Planning: Develop site plans to support the Validations, Appeals, and Wardens teams.
Service Coordination: Schedule installations for the Service Delivery team using relevant programs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Client Focused: Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service.
