Part time - 30-hours per week

Manchester city centre, in this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office generally a Tuesday, but this is subject to change and business requirements (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy)

We're looking for a Billing and Admin Advisor to join the Record to Report team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day'.

As a Billing and Admin Advisor at Co-op, we'll look to you to perform daily admin tasks and make sure that everything is completed accurately and on time. You'll be an integral part of the team, and be responsible for identifying, preparing and allocating incoming payments. What you'll do

  • Accurately post cash to AR customer accounts
  • Be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly ACRs
  • Respond to any queries in the shared inboxes working to 5 day service level agreement
  • Support with admin tasks across the wider team
  • Be learning our current system and then work to support the team as we move to the new system SAP S4 HANA

This role would suit people who have

  • Previous Order to Cash experience
  • Experience working in a shared services environment
  • The ability to work accurately to deadlines
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • An eagerness to learn
