LTF Recruitment are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead in delivering high-quality care and education. You will be instrumental in planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's development across the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor nursery staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
- Oversee the planning and assessment of age-appropriate activities that inspire learning.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive.
- Monitor and report on children's progress, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Uphold the nursery's high standards in safeguarding and child protection.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a nursery setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for nurturing young minds.
