Summary

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to join our dynamic Learning and Development Team

- Competitive Salary
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00

As our Learning & Development Business Partner , you will assess development needs across the business, design & develop training interventions, delivers training sessions across the UK alongside the ability to identify the strategic significance of the interventions you offer and review the learning outcomes.

Our Learning & Development Business Partner will work closely with the Head of Learning & development and key stakeholders to focus on Sales development, Commercial & Leadership programmes.

You will be contributing to the L&D Strategy that aligns with the business priorities.

Ideally you will be an experienced L&D Business Partner and hold a CIPD in Training Practice or L&D or Equivalent qualifications or have solid demonstrable working experience within a L&D delivery role. Hold a qualification in or have a transferable understanding of Psychological tools alongside coaching skills & stakeholder management.

Travel across the UK is required with regular nights away to deliver training.

Learning & Development Business Partner : The Role

- Design, deliver and evaluate a range of learning interventions, that cover skills, knowledge and behaviours associated with Sales Development, Commercial Understanding and Leadership Programmes, Sales Development
