Summary
Job Objectives and Responsibilities
-Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will carry out Contracts Supervisor duties to a high standard, delivering the Exceptional every day.
-Supervise a team of Interior maintenance operatives (mobile and static) to achieve the highest level of service to the client.
-Effectively plan maintenance work across the contract ensuring efficient use of labour, materials and equipment.
-To represent the business regular meetings with clients in London, along with completing regular site and plant audits.
-Responsible for technicians visit schedules, plant orders and deliveries.
-Oversee Christmas install and de-install operations.
-Monthly TBT and training.
-Lead by example to implement and manage a positive health and safety culture
Main Duties
-Provide support to the Contract Manager/Operations Manager by co-ordinating routine maintenance and additional project work.
-To work with the regional operations team to ensure that service delivery objectives are understood and met.
-Build effective relationships with the clients, ensuring good communication, answering queries, and keeping them informed of operational activity and developments.
-Identify opportunities for any additional works.
-Maintain plant replacement budget.
-Ensure all TBT are completed on time
-Ensuring that data systems and processes relating to operational activity and service delivery are properly understood and utilised by operatives.
-To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
-Ensure that all health and safety company procedures are adhered to.
-In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined you may be required to perform other duties assigned and requested by the Contract and Operation Manager.
