We are currently seeking x2 Junior maintenance engineers to join one of our most impressive clients, operating in the specialist manufacturing industry; they supply products to the food, pharma & biotechnology industries. The business has continued to grow throughout challenging economic times, including having a factory extension planned in the near future.

As a junior maintenance engineer, you'll shadow & collaborate within the engineering & production team to deliver prompt and efficient engineering support to our production function. Your focus will be on upholding safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Your responsibilities include executing planned maintenance tasks according to the CMMS schedule, addressing breakdowns promptly, and documenting all actions taken and any follow-up requirements

In order to be successful in this position, you should meeting the following requirements:

  • Graduate within electrical or mechanical engineering (no hands on experience required)

or

  • Some hands on mechanical or electrical experience with a relevant engineering qualification.

  • A willingness to train and develop in to a multi skilled maintenance engineer
  • A great attitude towards employment and developing.
