Summary

Customer Care Manager - Hertfordshire

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £29,000

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Manager to join a trade-only distributor, dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for all digital and traditional photography needs. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with existing accounts, handle general customer administration, and ensure satisfaction with the company's products and services.

This is not a high-volume cold calling position.

You will be responsible for:

- Serve as the primary contact for customer queries, offering prompt and effective solutions.

- Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure they utilise services effectively.

- Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.

- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success.

What we are looking for:

- Previously worked as a Customer Care Manager or in a similar role.

- Ideally have experience in customer support or account management.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
