Summary
Currently, TeacherActive is providing help to a fantastic Chelmsford-based mainstream primary school. This school is looking for a dynamic HLTA to become a part of their welcoming and inspiring staff.

Delivering high-quality instruction, fostering student growth, and working with colleagues to improve students' learning experiences are all important tasks for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant. You will be able to assist in developing the curriculum, mentor other staff members, and conduct class lectures.
Everyone employed by a school must have an upgraded DBS on file with the updating service. If you don't, we can help by providing you with a direct application link. An OSPC (Overseas Police Check) is required if you have worked abroad for more than six months in the last five years. All school environments will need to have these as a safeguarding measure.
We are searching for people who:
• possess knowledge of enhancing students' learning in various teaching environments
• shown aptitude for behaviour control
• Work experience with SEN students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
