Summary

Seeking FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS who can provide proactive, engaging and compassionate support in Cardiff

Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

- Full-time or part-time hours (minimum 25 hours per week)

- £12.00 per hour. Sleep nights are paid at £50.00 per night

- It is essential that you hold a full UK or EU Driving Licence as the people you will be supporting ask that you are able to drive their mobility vehicles.

The people we support in Cardiff are looking to grow their team of support workers - they are seeking FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS who can provide proactive, engaging and compassionate support.

You will have the opportunity to work across several homes, to really get to know the people you will be supporting and to develop your skills and gain from, and share, experiences with colleagues.

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives - this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance.
